I wonder if it is really safe. I mean when things don’t turn out as well, what are the concequences? The operation is never performed un people below the age of 18. I wonder why.

Asuka_Aki - Thanks for dropping by and for your comment. As they say our eyes changes as we age. Maybe that is the reason behind the prohibition.
