Renovation Story
Friday, June 13th, 2008Just recently a relative that has been living in the USA for quite sometime emailed me regarding the house and lot that she had purchased. She sent me two pictures of before and after the renovation. The story included!
I knew that from the start this cousin of mine is very intelligent and witty young woman. She will never purchase a thing without first assessing the real value of the property.
So to make the story short, she asked for advised what is the best option available to her when she finally decided to have an improvement in the house and later on have it re-sell for a much higher price.
Another cousin who is also living there reminded her about the California construction law. As the saying goes, it is better safe than sorry.
Of course, those concerned personnel professionally handled the usual problem in the renovation of houses that crops up every now and then.
The project was finished on time without a wrinkle so to speak.
Did she make the right decision? The answer was in the amount she made after having the property re-sold plus peace of mind she did have.
Another felt good story worth re-telling.
