Reason why I failed to make my Ecard drop!

A short and very happy Friday! Here is the reason why I failed to make my Entrecard drop that day.
I was downloading yahoo messenger for my Mac book Thursday night. I was also charging the battery so I decided to sleep first, as I estimated that the downloading and charging would take about three hours.
I decided to visit other sites and drop Entrecard next morning.
Yes I wake up exactly as timed to urinate and check my download and the status of charging the battery. I was elated for both jobs were already finished as expected. I decided to install the file but to it won’t install and the Firefox browser is giving me “cannot connect to server” status.
Checking our modem, the lights are not showing meaning no DSL connection. I immediately called the DSL hotline but our landline had no dial tone. I have to use my cell phone to report the matter to both hotlines. Unfortunately, only the DSL hotline personnel are awake at that ungodly hour while I have to wait till 6:00 A.M. to report our busted landline.
Yesterday, Friday July 25, 1:00 P.M, my wife text me that the service crew of our telephone provider informed us that the cable line had been stolen. Five blocks away from our home some wise guys decided to run away with 5 meters of those telephone cable wire. The service was restored at about 4:30 the same afternoon.
That is the reason why I failed to make my drop to those who visited and dropped their cards on my site, Sorry folks!
And as usual, the culprit are not arrested ready to strike again. This had happened a couple of times already.
That’s how effecient our Police enforcer are.

Unfortunately, what happened to you is a very old story. Now you know where our taxes go lol!
Have you seen the latest news about a small child taken by an older girl inside the Fiesta Mall Alabang? According to the video of the mall, it can clearly seen that the older child’s purpose is to get the younger child.
Fortunately, some police of Sta Rosa, Laguna saw the same older girl with her victim. Upon suspecting some fishy, she was questioned by the police. They young boy was recovered, but the young girl escaped and was not found.
Hmmm!

I’m having occasional problems with my internet connection but so far it’s more because of the provider and not because of stolen cable wires. I’m glad your problem got fixed eventually although you were without internet for a day.

I failed to do my ec drop for 2 days also because of a terrible headache lols!

ang bansa talaga natin…
i can’t help but compare, dito sa Korea yung mga public CR ay may maayos na tubig at may hand drier pa kaya napapaisip ako kung sa pinas malamang wala na siya…
ganyan ang bansang hirap lahat ng puedeng pagkakitaan mananakaw-ibebenta basta mabuhay lang. Gagawa at gagawa sila ng paraan, kung yung mga nasa poder nga ninanakawan sila para sa kanilang luho, e sila din gagawa para mabuhay lang…
kaya sana matapos na itong ganitong kalagayan sa ating bansa - at least man lang disenteng mabuhay ang lahat at hindi magnanakaw ng cable line para lang mabuhay…

Does this reflect the state of the country today? Pati cable ng telepono! What kind of miserable man could be able to do that?
I hope and pray everyday that a miracle will happen to us. Iyon na lang ang pagasa natin.

Angel - Thank you for your input. Of course there are also good cop but they are outnumbered and a rarity.Hehehe
Bill Bilig - Sunday our neighnorhood suffered a brownout that srtetch till Monday afternoon.The Meralco Transformer trip due to too many illegal connections. Despite frantic calls to to the Meralco Hotline and to their Balintawak branch no “son-of-a gun” service crew appeared and helped us in our needs. I reported for work Monday with only a couple of minutes of sleep. This is not my lucky week.

Peterahon - Grabe, alam mo ba gaano kahaba ng illegal wire na nakuha ng Meralco personnel? Tumawid sa kabilang ilog. Umabot sa kabilang Barangay. Mga bwiset . Hehehe.Forget ko na kumuha ng DSL line cable, Meralco naman, nect sigurado cable T.V naman. Yan ang galing ng Pinoy.

Aw! that usually happens in our place in Tondo… payo ko..wag ng magexpect sa police enforcer…tama si Jena Isle…ito yung manipestasyon ng sagad sagad na kahirapan sa pinas.
